Terms and Conditions – ra786 Platform Rules & User Agreement

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full agreement between you ("the Player") and ra786 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the ra786 website at ra786.onl, the ra786 mobile applications, and all gaming and betting services provided under the ra786 brand.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the ra786 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read these Terms in full, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the ra786 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf — corporations, trusts and other legal entities may not register player accounts.
• You must not already hold an active ra786 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration.
• You must be using your own funds for deposits — third-party funding of accounts is not allowed.

ra786 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Providing false information during registration, including about your age, identity or location, is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

03 Account Registration & Verification

When registering at ra786, you are required to provide a valid email address, a mobile number, and a password of your choosing. You agree that the information provided is accurate and that you will keep it updated if anything changes.

• One account only: Each person is entitled to register one account. Duplicate accounts — whether intentional or accidental — must be reported to support immediately. ra786 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
• KYC verification: Before your first withdrawal, you will be asked to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of your CNIC and a selfie for liveness confirmation. This is a one-time process. KYC is also required to confirm that withdrawal destinations are registered in your own name.
• Account name: The name on your ra786 account must match the name on your CNIC and on the payment methods you use. Mismatches will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

ra786 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of its verification process. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits at ra786 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet transfer, typically instant.
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet transfer, typically instant.
• Raast – interbank instant transfer via Pakistan's Raast system.
• Bank Transfer – direct to ra786's designated bank account.
• Debit/Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard where supported.

The minimum deposit is PKR 200. There is no deposit fee charged by ra786. Your own bank or mobile wallet provider may apply transaction charges — these are outside ra786's control.

ra786 reserves the right to reject any deposit or refund a deposit to its source if it cannot be verified as coming from an account held by the registered player. Deposited funds are for gaming purposes only — they do not earn interest and cannot be transferred between accounts.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits (for your first withdrawal) or to verified payment methods on file. The following rules apply to all withdrawals at ra786:

• Minimum withdrawal is PKR 500 for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast; PKR 1,000 for bank transfer.
• Withdrawal destination must be an account registered in your own name, matching your CNIC on file.
• KYC verification must be complete before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• ra786 does not charge any withdrawal fees. Processing time varies by method (minutes for JazzCash/Easypaisa, up to 4 hours for bank transfer).

ra786 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarifying information.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ra786 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general bonus rules:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x) is stated in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement is met.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Using bonus funds in a way that is designed to exploit or circumvent the wagering requirement — including through low-risk betting patterns flagged as bonus abuse — is not permitted.
• ra786 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any related winnings if it determines that the bonus was obtained or used in bad faith.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• If you do not wish to accept a bonus, you must decline it before depositing. Contact support if a bonus has been applied that you did not intend to accept.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The ra786 sports betting section covers cricket, football, esports and other sports. All sports bets placed through ra786 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for checking their bet slip before confirming.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds available at the time of placement. ra786 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rule for that market (typically void unless otherwise stated in the market rules).
• If an error in odds is displayed due to a technical issue, ra786 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Players may not exploit obvious pricing errors.
• ra786 may impose maximum bet limits on specific markets or for specific accounts without being required to provide a reason.
• All cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — are settled according to the official result confirmed by the relevant cricket board.

08 Casino & Games

The ra786 casino section — including slots, live casino, table games and crash games — is powered by certified third-party software providers. All games use either certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer formats with real-time streaming.

• Game outcomes are determined by the game's certified RNG or, in the case of live games, by physical processes (card deals, wheel spins). ra786 does not influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round (server disconnection, power outage), interrupted game rounds will be resolved according to the software provider's stated rules for that game. Where a round cannot be completed, the stake will typically be returned.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering real money. Demo mode is available for most slot and table games for this purpose.
• Progressive jackpot games display estimated jackpot values that are subject to change. The jackpot value at the time of the winning trigger is the amount awarded.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ra786 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in any way that is designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to support immediately.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Registering under a false identity or using a stolen identity for KYC purposes.
• Accessing ra786 through VPNs or other means of IP masking if done with the intent to misrepresent your location or identity.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing ra786 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

ra786 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms have been breached. This includes but is not limited to:

• Evidence of underage gambling.
• Duplicate account registration.
• Fraudulent activity or use of stolen payment details.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals filed against ra786.
• Breach of bonus terms or evidence of systematic bonus abuse.

If your account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at ra786's discretion, minus any applicable adjustments. If you believe your account has been closed in error, contact support and the matter will be reviewed.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion options are available through the responsible gaming settings in your account.

11 Privacy & Data

ra786 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available separately at ra786.onl/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming
